Q: Webbed penis

Ok, well here it is- no pics though!

I'm a 26yr old guy living in the UK and after lots of research I now know that i have what Doc's would refer to as a "webbed penis".

Some babies are born this way and generally it's corrected at birth. Mine is the result of a medical circumcision at the age of three.
Is there anyone else out there who has lived with this as an adult? Have you had surgery? If so, what were the results like after surgery?
