Q: Wearing Nitrile gloves to bed?

i have a real bad case of ecseme and cracked skin on my hand...i wash my hands alot due to my job (restaurant) so im going to start putting on aveeno hydrocortizone and aquaphor cracked skin ointments at nights before i go to bed..ive tried using socks but i wake up with the sock on the floor so im wondering if its safe to wear nitrile gloves...
