I just had an experience that I have never had. I am at work and was typing and my hands and arms became extremely weak and shaky, then immediately got a pain in the middle of my upper back, this has improved, but immediately got slight headache. I have never had anything happen like this before. Can you tell me what this may be?

How old are you? Do you have any history of heart or circulatory problems?

I am 53 and I do have mitral valve regurgitation, arms still feel a little tingly, after the initial symptoms passed I immediately got a slight headache

back pain in the upper scapula for a week numbness on one side arm pit and thigh bum foot and weakness in arm now in right arm as well worse than the left
