Hi..

I am 25 year old male, with average physique. I am 6ft tall and my weigh is 72kg.

I am facing this problem for many years ( more than 10 years ). When ever I am excited or angry ( even a little bit ), my hands starts shaking, I feel no control on my mind at that time, even cant speak normally.

Apart from this, I become nervous very often. I am not able to concentrate on a particular thing for long time, and start thinking negative while I am doing nothing. I do try a lot to control on it, but I am not able to do so.

On a normal condition my blood pressure is ( 110 / 80 ), and have never faced any serious medical problem.

My life style is simple, have it is not stress full.

Please help me.

Regards:

Ltblue

Get blood work done to check out your hormone levels (testosterone). if your levels are below 700 then there is a problem. Most doctors say that is normal. Its crap. Do the research y0urself if you have doubts. If you are unable to raise your testosterone levels up naturally then you will have to do the alternative. Again, use google and type Low testosterone effects in Men. Its happening to guys all ages now. Not just the oldies.

Hormone imbalance is not a new thing. just over looked so pharmacutical companies can make money off of our issues. Smile
