I'm not sure what's going on. I have a hard time sleeping at night and when I wake up I can't get out of bed, I have to lye there for a while before I have enough energy to force myself to get out of bed. After getting out of bed I feel light headed, dizzy, anxiety and feel like I'm going to pass out. Throughtout the day I feel week, very tired and have no energy. If I go for a walk or ride a bike I feel even more anxiety, more dizzy and feel like I'm going to pass out.
