hi doctor,

i had a sex with girl friend on 5th day of her periods.but i like to tried from her ass, when i stand back to her body exactly, here i don't know up to ejaculate my sperm out whether it i happened via her vagina or ass,so we were in deep confusion.so that, she took 1 i-pill in 12th hour of after sex(6th day morning 8AM) to avoid pregnancy.

so now she is waiting for regular periods in time ,actually she is getting periods symptoms (pains) sometimes and again getting normal...but she didn't get periods now(crossed 1Day of regular periods time)

so here my confusion is how can i know that was happened with vagina or something ass???
and how can we consider it is?is there any problem?we are trying to avoid pregnancy.

please suggest how to deal this issue...

Am I Pregnant Answer A25316
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If she has taken emergency contraceptive pills (ECP) within 24-48 hours of the unprotected sexual contact, it should work in preventing pregnancy. Since it contains high doses of hormones, it can disrupt the normal hormonal pattern, and cause bleeding and period abnormalities. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs after about 5-7 days of taking the ECP. Wait and watch for her next periods/withdrawal bleeding which might be delayed.
If you intend to remain sexually active, she should consider visiting her gynecologist to get started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after her periods). She should be regular with birth control use as instructed. Avoid having unprotected sexual contact and repeated use of ECPs.
Take care.
