hey guys,m 22 yrs old,in these last 5 years i ve been trying many things to increase my height,but to no avail.I am really tired of everything, exercises,good wholesome food,yoko height increaser etc,but i am stuck at 5.5.5,at 17 i was 5.5 & even at 22 am 5.5,may be i tried little late to increase my height,but people say that height can increase upto 32 & so on.I got big dreams in my head which i dont want,should stay dreams,like building body n stuff.But 1st i need good height so that i could focus on body n muscles,because after body building you cant increase your height.So in breif,i want to increase my height in short period of time,just tell some way,i need desperate help.This was my daily routine some years ago,now i left everything
5:45â5:55 Brush &water
6:00â6:45 yoga excice +strengthening excise
6:45â7:40 basketball
7:40---8:00 rest
8:00â8:10 water or energy drink
8:10---8:20 bath
8:20â8:45 eat fruits or juice breakfast
8:50â9:30 reach college
5:00---5:30 rest
5:30---7:00 yoko+futbol+skipping
7:05---7:30 rest
7:45---8:30 study
8:30---9:30 dinner
9:40---11:00 study
11:00â5:45 sleep
This was not done regularly,sometimes i did miss,like in 4 days a week or 5 days.
