Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the irregular periods without going ahead with examination and further investigations done. Chances of hormonal imbalances, thyroid hormonal dysfunction, ovarian problems, PCOD etc has to be looked for. Treatment as appropriate would be stared based on examination and investigation findings (which would vary depending on the cause detected for your irregular periods). Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
