Hey my friend, it has been over a month since you put this post up, so hopefully you are already feeling better.
I just wanted to comment because I recently made a startling discovery as far as energy goes. I realized that what I think about has the biggest impact (more of an impact than the amount of sleep I get) on my energy levels. I have worked to think about things that I am looking forward to or thoughts that are motivating. Recently my husband lost his job and I was mostly thinking about finances and what we will do and I was beyond exhausted. I could hardly wait to get the kids to bed so that I could go to bed. I did a little research and found out that this is common. I changed my thinking and got my energy back(even before he got a new job, which only confirmed that it was my thinking that was sinking my energy) This is only one of a number of possibilities, but it is worth sharing.
