My symptoms have been occurring for well over a year now with no relief. Both my brother and I started having these symptoms within a month of eachother. I have loose, watery stools but never full blown diarreah as if to have food poisoning or anything. Just very loose, unformed stools likened to that of soft serve ice cream. I have mild stomache cramps before relieving myself which disappear after doing so. BM's are regular. Stool color is sometimes on the yellow side, sometimes normal looking in color.

I have seen a GI doctor about this, had a colonoscopy with biopsy, upper GI with biopsy, parasite test, H.Pylori, hemo, etc. etc. It seems as if all tests have been exhausted to no conclusion. So, my GI doc says its IBS. But how could both my brother and I have IBS at the same times in our lives? What else could this be? Whipple's? A bacteria? Please help!

Anyone, please?

Other symptoms include fatigue, weight loss, fullness after eating very little, and no stamina.

I have had similar symptoms the lastest episode was accompanied with a high fever and has/is lasting a week. And it seems like a guessing game, the GP told me just to take immodium, which really doesn't cure the problem. I hope you find "The cure"
