hello, im 38 and me and my girl want to have kids, and when i cum its like pee. it all watery and kinda smells like urin. is that a bad thing? can we have kids? what can i do? i need some help if anyone can ...

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The ejaculate that you describe is abnormal. Consider going ahead with a urine examination along with a semen analysis to see if there are any abnormalities are associated. Get started on treatment as indicated by the test results. It will show if the sperms are present in the ejaculate and the protein content of the ejaculate is fine or not. It will also determine the quantity and quality of sperms. Get your partner also tested for hormonal levels and ultrasound scan to make sure she does not have any abnormalities hindering conception.
