when there is nipple discharge you should make it clear that is it with pus or blood. If it is so then its due to mastitis. Beside there can be normal nipple discharge as said earlier when it is clean. It might be due to inscrease in prolactin hormone. and squeezing nipple can activate it and can make more discharge so its better not to do and let do so further . if its case of PCOS or it is continous its better to have go for the cytology for the nipple discharge. which would make conframation if it is malignant or elese. also suggested for the checking of prolactin level. Regarding is it pregnacy or not. it good to go for the Pregnancy test...

I am 51 and gave birth 15 years ago. I remember I had milk for a long time but knew that was because of my husbands sucking. Have had no sexual contact for years so decided to take care of myself. For extra pleasure I got out my old breast pump and got liquid from both breasts. What is it?

Hi ladies. I am not aware of all of the possible reasons for the fluid. I'm sure there are many. It is probably not going to be the same for you, but fluid discharge was the first sign I had that I had breast cancer. Be safe & give yourself peace of mind, and just have a lab done on the fluid. Best wishes.
