water, yes but not on it's own
if we don't hyrdate our bodies correctly we tend to store everything because our bodies don't want to release what fluids it has in the caution of becoming more dehydrated. If we have too much we can make our selves ill by flushing too much nutrient from our systems to the extent where around xmas time a woman in Melbourne Australia gave herself brain damage through over hydration. the other thing is we are constantly in need of replacing used nutrients with fresh nutrients (hence we need to have food & water constantly)in our modern diets we are not recieving all the nutrients we need, with processing foods they loose some of that nutrition.natural unprocessed salt has a minimum of 84 different minerals in it & this is important to our health. processed salt like is bought from supermarkets etc will harm us because it has additives to make it flow & has been heat treated which changes the molecular structure from one that which we can't absorb. So the trick to loose weight & gain good health is to have the correct balance of natural mineral salts & water.to work out the correct water in take for anyone on average you need to consume approx 1 litre of water for every 20-25 kg (40-50ib) of body weight dependant on our levels of activity. you don't want to do this straight away build up to it over a period of 2 -3 weeks. while doing this research sole salts & apply this to you diets, because every one is different the amount for each will be different you will get to know this over time.If you are deficient you will obvoiusly need more.
hope this helps all!
