My girlfriend masturbated for me and i ejaculated on her hand.. She washed it off immediately with ONLY WATER.. 15 mins later she put the same hand in her vagina.. So can she be pregnant?

If there was no trace of semen in hand after the wash, then chances of pregnancy can be ruled out. Running water can be effective in washing semen away if hands are washed properly with vigorous rubbing. If you are worried about pregnancy consider using emergency contraceptive within 48-72 hours of the unprotected act.
