I'm a male, straight, 23 years old. Three months ago i went to a night club with a friend, i blacked out (were too drunk) and my friend left me there. I managed to get home in a cab i took not far from the location of the club.The day after, i woke up just fine in my room with all my clothes on just like normal and feeling just fine. I'm paranoid by nature and I don't even know why I'm worrying so much.
so my question is: can some one be anal raped without knowing it the day after? (it might seem strange but I'm homophobic and never blacked out without somebody to look after me)

For someone if you are a first timer not to have anal sex
You would know if you had for the fist time as it would
be painful for a few days after.
Of course a lot of hetrosexual men like sticking things
up the anal passage and if this is you then you may not
know if you had been raped.

It might just be better for you mentally if you go and
get a few checks done.
And if you are embarrassed about asking for STD and aids
test to be done tell them you need it for health cover.

Then I think you would have known from the pain.
Of course it isn't just anal penetration that you could
describe as rape, someone still could have taken advantage of you while you were out of it and drunk.
If it is worrying you that someone has taken advantage
of you in another way for your own peace of mind have the test done.
