Q: Warts on penis

Hi, i've been dating my Gf for nearly 2 years now. Last week i noticed tiny lumps on my penis, i went to the doctor and he told that they are warts. He said told me not to sleep with her again because she is a bad girl.
Please i need to know if i coped those warts from my gf, does that mean that she was cheating , or there might be another reason, should i stay with her or no.
Will those warts appear again or not.

It is important to know that the incubation period (being infected but without symptoms) for genital warts can be long one, 1 to 9 months or even longer, and there is also possibility that you already had the symptoms before, but the genital warts were not detectable with naked eye.
