Wart on bottom of big toe!

Hi,
I have this wart on the bottom of my right big toe, I went to a doctor before and he confirmed that it is a wart. He tried removing it with histo-freeze -- he did this in two different visits, and he said it was supposed to go away from the first treatment, however, it did not. I feel like it''s getting worse now and it hurts sometimes when I walk too much. I do not have health insurance anymore so I cannot go back to the doctor... Any suggestions as to what I should do to get rid of it by myself?
