Q: warm sensations in scrotum

Just in the last day or so, I seem to be experiencing warm, or flushing sensations in the scrotom, and penis. They come and go all day long, and do not cause any other discomfort or pain. Have been managomus for 25 years.

Also at the same time, experiancing pain in the top of my right foot, where the shoe laces would be tied. No brusing, or lumps, or redness, just some pain. Related or am I just freaking out for no reason?

Any help would be appreciated.
