How to keep fit?
To have a heathy body,i suggest that dear friends drink different kinds of tea, espcially green tea,but you can choose to drink some tea according to the different season and physical condition !ecause Every sort of tea has its own power,which can help with our bodies.It is better not to mix kinds of tea up.As far as I am concerned the tea has two kinds of natures----warm and cool.We can't mix their natures up.So if you mix up kinds of tea,it is bad for your body !
Meanwhile,keeping movement is important!
