I hate to say it, but if you can't afford gynecological care right now, maybe you should put off having a child until you're in a better place financially. And I don't say this to be mean, it's just that having & raising a child is VERY expensive. Not only will you need medical care throughout your pregnancy, but your baby will need medical care from the time he/she is born throughout their life! Also, getting the right prenatal care is HUGE when you are pregnant, so you'll want to be sure you can afford to get it before you conceive.
