I have been constantly waking up with a sever headache almost every morning, i wake up with them and they last ALL day no change in pain till about 7pm they tend to dissipate, aspirin and ibuprofen doesn't help a bit.

it makes me sick to my stomach, dizzy and my eyes are blurry...

Its a throbbing pain above my eyes (like ontop of my eyeballs, in my temple and the back park of my head.

its pretty bad, and i dont know what the casue is. My girlfriend says i dont stop breathing in the night...i dont snore

i do wake up very sleepy, every day when i get 8-10 hours sleep..

i have noticed, if my pillow is up against the wall(almost like an angle like / || , i get them, if i sleep on my back i get them, or if i use more than 1 pillow i get them.

i normally sleep on my right side with one arm under my pillow..
but sometimes i wake up with a headache then too... so i dont know.

I have been trying o drink atleast 1 big glass of water before bed every night, and that doesnâ??t seem to help...

I dont eat much during the day, i skip breakfast most days, have a light lunch then dinner..

I drink a medium coffee every morning, and the rest of the day is water or juice with the occasional sprite or pepsi...

i have been trying to drink more water but i still would guess i only drink 2-4 glasses total per day...

this has been going on for YEARS.

i have been to the doctor, (my normal dr, Neurologist and they say there is nothing wrong my my brain... )

Has anyone ever experienced this? i am sick of it ruining my life...

Hello, this type of complaint is something that I see in my office everyday. I am glad to hear that the Neurologist says that everything is ok with your brain, because that would be the first thing to get checked out. Because that is ok, it sounds like your problems are caused from muscle weakness in the back of your neck and spinal dysfunction in your neck. When you describe how you sleep (with pillow angles, multiple pillows, etc.) you are reinforcing this diagnosis. First off I would recommend to stop sleeping with more than one pillow. Second, it is recommended to consult with a Chiropractor to get the muscles and vertebrae working properly. This type of situation clears up rapidly when properly addressed. I have included a link to a video which shows an exercise you can use to help strengthen your neck. Good luck!
