I am 29 years old guy ,i have a problem of waking up talking or screaming everyday special if i can wake up and sleep again ,when i have to wake up ,i had the problem since i was born ,could not get a solution.Please help my neighbors are not happy they complain about this ,and am very worried.

Am based in Pretoria Acardia where can i get help
