Alright, i've been a victim to strange sleeping patterns, most notably two. One that happened last night in which i woke up at 2 PM! (I hate waking up a after noon, i feel like i've wasted so much time) I went to bed that night at about 2 AM. The night before, however, i only got 4 hours of sleep...Yes, 4, and I was able to go through the whole day with no problem, and woke up at 9:30 AM (Seriously). I mean...im confused, whats the problem here? Do i need LESS sleep...is that even possible? Or did i just mess up my sleep pattern so much because it's summer time?
