Waking up brokenhearted?
Posted: 05-02-08 15:27pm

I will be the first to admit I can have some very, very wild and vivid dreams. However, when I woke this morning I did so with a "broken heart." I woke feeling totally unloved and in total despair. I know it was from a dream I had but my question is ... why, even though I know it was a dream and have been fully awake for over an hour do I still feel unloved and sad? I know it is not due to my real life because I have a husband and 3 children who all love me. But man, I cannot shake this feeling and it is beginning to upset me.

Thanks for any help.

It has happened to me, and, I guess to many others.
It is only due to the vivid dream and you can have the feeling lingering with you all day long or even remembering the dream can reproduce the same feeling years later.

How often you are experiencing vivid dreams?
