Hello and welcome to e health forum.

It seems that you have a two main issues that include:-

1. The numbness of your arms are due to pinched nerves, due to pressure on the nerves at the bony prominences.

2. The snoring issues - due to obstructed upper airway tract

Both of these issues are related to your excess weight issues.

First and foremost, you need to change your lifestyle and try to lose weight via diet and physical exercise. Proper sleep posture and habits can also be helpful.

In addition consultation with your doctor for a examination and tests including a sleep study will be helpful.

Other conditions that can be ruled out by your doctor include vascular disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, Tendonitis, Diabetes, etc.

I hope this helps.
