for about four days now, my 9 year old daughter will throw up a couple times feel bad for a couple hours then she is fine. She doesn't have any fever, or have any pains with it. What could be wrong?

Sometimes kids do this and the explanation just isn't there. She could have low blood sugar, be allergic to some food, or have a bug that is so slight that it only comes with vomiting, or it could be the very early start of hormone imbalances.

Just make sure to keep her well hydrated.

If she starts to vomit blood, seems disoriented, or something just doesn't seem right, call your doctor or the ER
