Q: vomiting & Hives in infant

My 20 month old woke up with small patches of hives in different places all over her body. As soon as I applied an allergy cream they went away. With in a hour she had more. Right before bed with no warning she vomited. Right after she had no sign that she had vomited and acting perfectly normal. With NO fever. What could this be?

Sounds like she's got some kind of food sensitivity/allergy. Have you introduced any new foods recently? She may also have developed a sensitivity to something she's been eating for a while. I would call your pediatrician.
