Hi doctors,

It's been 2 weeks now I am having my stomach problem such as:-

1. Pain 2. Bloated 3. Gassy 4. Feeling like vomiting 5. Dizziness. 6. Loose stools (sometimes) 7. Food indigestion

Conditions appear right after:-

1. Food

Treatments received:-

1. Been going to 2 doctors of 4 times to receive treatments and twice for injection to relieve my stomach pain.

2. Doctors said I might be infected by some stomach virus during food consume.

3. Took antibiotic and recovered for 2 days and sickness came back

4. Took charcoal tablets for gas and ultimately caused more pain and I stopped.

Health background/record:-

1. I don't have any gastric/stomach problem before

2. Do relay on constipation tablets occasionally

3. Life have been good so far until I got this unknown stomach problem

Doctors,

It has been 2 weeks and what is devastating me is the stomach pain and feeling of vomit. I cant concentrate on my work when the pain comes.

Concerns:-

1. It is a sudden outbreak, what possibly causes this problem?
2. Can yogurt help me on this?
3. Is it cancerous?
4. Please advise on my diet plan.

Thank you!
Shaun

hi shaun sorry to hear about your problem..when i came down with similar symptoms yrs ago i was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome..
had to change to high fibre diet and stay away from fried foods..drink plenty of water..

i was food related and colic pain was severe at times, excess wind, sometimes constipated for 3 days and diahorrea for 4 days..pain in stomach and back sometimes was as bad as labour pains..

i handed in stool sample and had rectal examination as chrones disease has similar symptoms..
I was put on course of mebevarine or other generic name colifac taken three times daily before meals and it helped.

diet is a must and high fibre suits me, oats bran, and steamed vegetables..caffene i totally cut out..
we all vary food wise so i kept a diary and it learned me what to eat and what i couldn,t..

hope this has helped in some way to you and i need to add this has no cure its all about diet..
i hope you get sorted out soon..
