hello their im wondering weather you can help me

im writing on behalf of my girlfriend who im quite worried about, over the past 6 weeks she has had problems with her health

first off she had adominal pain and prolonged and irregular periods (in my oppinion), the abdomina pain has cleared up now but theirs the issue with her periods,
then she has had problems with sudenly passing out for a moment and then regaining consiosness shortly after which are still happeneing,
and now last night she has now developed ear pain and is hard at hearing, this morning her eyes are hurting as well and she is very lethargic,
also since the abdominal pain started she has had issues with vomiting on average once a day, maybe twice a day which is still happening now,

she has recently had a load of blood tests done and they all came back normal, even a test carried out to see if she is anemic, which she was diagnosed as being anemic less than a year ago

if you could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated
