Thanks; however, in the info pamphlet that comes with the pills, it mentioned vomiting within 3 to 4 hours after taking the pill. I had forgotten to mention that in the previous post.

Better safe than sorry, I always say. There is no way to know if you had absorbed enough of the hormone(s) before vomiting. So I would use a backup method for the next week or until your next period, whichever comes first. (Granted, I have always been hypervigilant about birth control and nearly always doubled up on protection.)
