I delivered a csection on 3/14. Had over 12000 ml of fluid in a two day period, including Hespan (a volume expander) and two units of blood. By day 6 i was in volume overload, heart failure. They now tell me it was probably diastolic dysfunction, but my echo was fine. Anyone have any insight, i woudl really like to have more kids.
