Hi, I am a 34 fairly healthy male, i don't drink very often, in fact probably drink about one bottle of wine a week if that, sometimes one bottle in 3 weeks, but what i have noticed recently with going to parties, that when i have a night on the beer, the next day i am violently ill, not been sick but in serious pain all through my body. The worst case was this weekend. I went to a 30th party and i probably had about 10 bottles but also had a buffet tea there as well. When i left the party i felt drunk but wasn't in a stupid state where i couldn't hardly walk etc. When i woke up in the morning i was in unbearable pain down my left side of my body especially in my heart, it went from my neck right down to my groin. It got so bad that my girlfriend was going to call an ambulance, i was in tears and shouting out with pain. I was taking nurofen but the pain was so bad that it was making any effect. When i woke up today i felt a lot better but all my body feel sore and like i have been in a fit with Tyson. This sort of thing has happened the last four or five occasions now and am starting to get paranoid that everytime i have a drink this is what's going to happen. Do you have any idea of what might be the problem and any advice on what i can do please?
