Hello!

I live in Tokyo Japan and a little over 2 months ago I foolishly had a drunken encounter with a Chinese prostitute. A condom was used and it did not leak or break but before the actual sex she gave me a pretty rough hand job and I am uncircumcised meaning that my foreskin was pretty irritated. after the sex was finished she carefully removed my condom and wiped down my penis and groin area with a sanitary wipe. The same kind used when changing diapers on babies. For a while I was really concerned that her vaginal fluids may have ended up on my foreskin and I could have become infected this way, though I later calmed down and realized that the odds are overwhelming in my favor. Factors like HIV not living well outside of the body, chemical wipes killing the virus, the HIV infected population in Tokyo is extremely low (27.3 people per 100,000 I believe) and any symptoms were infrequent, not serious and could be attributed to other more logical things. I also work in a nursery school here so frequent and mild illness come up all the time.

Anyways, this week however I have come down with a bout of terrible laryngitis. My throat doesn't hurt though it is a little itchy though I can't even speak. No fever or fatigue or loose stool, I just can't speak. I have also had infrequent diarrhea since my encounter, though nothing persistent. This has caused my anxiety to ratchet back up 1000 times with my irrational little voice saying "it must be HIV, what else could it be." I was always planning on getting a test at the 3 month mark to put my fears to rest completely but any professional opinion would be great. Is it even possible to contract HIV in the way I described above?

Thanks allot and take care!
