Hi everyone! I had have some voices few days ago, and now I'm trying to understand it and finding ways of coping. So I wrote this down hope it helps!
Voice and How to Deal with It
First we need to clear some facts. There is no space in our brain for another personality. All this voice phenomenon is partly mind work, partly malfunction of the thought system.
We can think in voices, and we can modify the tone of that voice within our head. Our brained might learned to use tone in voice, and that might shocked or scared us because we don’t normally do it. This could one potential that might lead to hearing voice in the future. When our thought is in a strange mode, these tones might tune in to real voice and instead of hear them in our brain, we start to hear them in our voice processing region in our brain.
Experiment repeating a short sentence in your mind over and over for a while, until when you try to think something else, you mind is still thinking that sentence. This means two things: (1) Thought can be 2-layer, or even multi-layer. (2)Our brain can learn to automatically form thoughts because it will save time. This is another potential that could lead to voices. We might have coincidentally thought something over and over when our thought is in strange mode, and it tuned in into voice. Once it becomes a voice, we can not control it anymore, so it continues on its own.
For a schizophrenia patient, our thoughts frequently enter this strange mode. That means chances for us to tune in to voice are significantly higher. However if we could manage to turn our thought system status back to normal, these voices might just automatically disappear because they can’t tune in to real voice anymore.
I also noticed that we can hear voice out of other voice. First I heard something, and then I give attention to it, then I “listen” the blurry sounds into meaningful sentences. If I did it more often, it could had become automatic. The interesting part is why we listen them into what they are. Why do we perceive their content as whatever it is now? What if we are conditioned to listen all voices into something full of love?
A change of mind can change the content of the voice. I experimented on some repeating voices, and when I try to change part of the content, it changed, but I never wanted to change the major content. That means at least we are partially in control of those voices. If we consciously try to control the content and make it go in a positive direction, it might do it.
We are operating on a self-defeat level, but why? Maybe we learned it that way through life experience, or maybe it’s part of our genes. It’s also a matter personality and expectancy. I believe there are people using voice as a guide because they believe it is a guide.
Here is some helpful tips on dealing with voices.
1) Believe* voices are learned and they are not harmful.
2) Believe* all your voices could do you favor. They could all entertain you and make you happy.
3) Don’t focus on voices. Always find something to do, to concentrate on.
4) Never drink coffee (really, never) or alcohol. Always maintain enough sleep.
5) Change the old cognitive habits, and recondition yourself with NLP techniques.
6) Do things that will change your personality: running, yoga, workout, meditation, etc.
7) Take medication regularly.

Always live like there is no voice, and have faith there will be a healthy spiritual world.
