Q: vitimans causing dark urine

I bought some new multi vitamins to be more healthy. I am supposed to take three every meal, but I usually take three every day because they were expensive and they are very large. I have noticed that my urine has become very dark and even smells like the vitamins. My question is simple: is this normal?

The vitamins are probably helping your body get rid of a lot of toxins. Make sure you drink LOTS of water (like 6-8 litres a day if you can). It'll help your body flush itself more thoroughly and your urine probably won't be so dark and smelly!
