I began taking vitaminworld brand UltraWoman Daily Multi Vitamins. After taking them for several days I began to experience severe muscle fatigue in my upper legs. It felt like they were bruised from my hips down to my knees. Walking was painful. I tried several types of pain relievers with no relief. I also sat in a jacuzzi hoping that'll help but it didn't. I figured maybe I need to stretch the muscles so I used the exercise bike .......... nothing! I gave it much thought and realized the only new thing I've been doing was taking these vitamins. I stopped them and guess what ..... the muscle fatigue is going away. I don't know what created this pain but I'm throwing the vitamins away. I hope this information is helpful.
