Q: Vitamins that can detoxify ?

A friend of mine introduced me to a multivitamin(Nureicell 500) that she said can detoxify the body. It is made up of Arthospira platensis, can some one enlighten me more about this supplement. Any facts that I should know because I take 2 tablets before I work out and I think that I can do more reps and feel stronger but I don't know enough facts about it. I just need an unbiased advise/answer.Thanks

Arthrospira platensis is great, its a blue green algae that contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, and also amino acids which are all natural. Go for the natural supplements. They are better than synthetic ones!

Natural is better

I take all natural vitamins and supplements. I found a line that is not only natural, it is less expensive than going to GNC. I take supplements too, they have a fat conversion activity bar that is natural and it burns stored fat, boosts energy and reduces lactic acid buildup. The bar is patented.
