I have started taking vitamins and my face turns bright red and burns. My arms and neck also turn red. I am taking Vitamin Shoppe - Ultimate Woman Daily Pack.

Is this bad? What is causing it?

Sounds like maybe a possible allergic reaction...

Burn should not be part of this...

If it has niacin in it then you are flushing and that is normal according to my Dr's.
