On your other question:
can I ask...., what do you think? what vitamin/mineral do a patient lacks when he'she is having Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? What Should be eaten in order to prevent having this kind of Disorder? by CTScurious:

I read where vitamin B9 is mentioned with Carpal Tunnel Syndrone but check with a doctor before you do this....Or check with your Pharmacist.....

On your question of what should be eaten, I question if there is a true answer for this...Eat healthy.....To me, the most important information I would give would be to don't strain your wrist....Don't put too much pressure on your hand carrying groceries with one hand....Don't pull something where you are using this part of your wrist....Try not to sleep on your hand....

These are just a few of my thoughts on trying to hold back this part of life....Nowadays I am seeing it hitting the young as well as the older generation....With proper typing and watching what I do, my CT has improved to the point that it hardly ever bothers me.....I baby my wrists....They are the only two that I have....

I wish you well....

Kindest wishes,
Caroline
