I'm taking Vitamins C and E, and fish oil daily to improve my health but I heard that being on the Pill at the same time loses its effectiveness. Is this true? Are there any other alternatives or remedies to this? Thanks!

Vitamins C, E, and fish oil do not make your pill less effective. However, there are many things that do. St. John's Wort is one of the few that DOES interact with birth control, so if you take any kind of vitamin double check to make sure st john's wort isn't in it.
