I am a 30 year old woman with Spina Bifida. Due to my disability, I have very little sensation in my genital area. Is there a way I can increase the sensation when my partner and I are making love?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Though it is not certain whether it will help or not, Vitamin B and folic acid supplements could help in increasing the sensations in your pelvic area.

Also, if you and your partner go slow with the foreplay giving you enough time, you will be able to feel more. Hope this helps. Take care!
