Hi! Many thanks for your question on eHealth forum!

Vitamin water zero has not got FDA clearance, as far as I KNOW. Hence the safety of taking these has yet to be confirmed, especially in pregnancy. Long term side effects have not yet been studied. Hence it is advised not to take medicines or pills not approved by concerned authorities of your country.

Please stop this immediately. Consult your gynecologist. Take this only if your gynecologist approves of it. Hope this helps. Take care!
