Hi there
I'm not keen on exercise and my diet is less than desirable, however, I have been taking the following supplements for over 5 years to compensate for a sedentary lifestyle and wondered if I was actually wasting my money?
I'm feeling tired all the time but again know this is due to diet and lack of exercise.
I'm 47 years old and a !**@! for my height, my BMI is bordering on 30!!!!
I know I need to improve my fitness and diet but your advice on the supplements would be most welcome.

This is the list of supplements I take daily:-
Probiotics and FOS
Glucosamine sulphate 1500mg
Cod liver oil 1000mg
Evening primrose oil 1000mg
Chlorella 700mg
Centrum women multi vit and minerals
Echinacea 380mg
Liveral
Cetirizine hydro chloride

Hey,

It seems like you are considering more vitamins than actually your body need. I also belive that considering right brands vitamins and supplements is better.
