Hello, new to the forum and wanted some advice on my vitamin intake. Here is what I plan on starting:
Apexfit multivitamin performance
Nature made B complex- I believe this does not contain B-12
nature made B-12
Would this be too much or too little? What else could I add to the mix. As for my exercise, I workout 3 days a week weight training, along with moderate road cycling and beach volleyball. Thanks
