Vitamin B-12 deficiency can cause yellowing or darkening of skin. Carotenemia, caused by excessive intake of carotene- rich foods such as carrots or oranges can cause similar skin discoloration.

Hiya, my mum has a B12 deficiency and she started taking aloe vera supplements "B12 Plus". She had lumps on her fingers caused by lack of B12 and now they're gone. U cud also try the aloe vera juice, it's full of vitamins and minerals and balanced the digestive system for over all health.
