In remission for 3 yrs which I had attributed to Vitamin D initially now has me confused since my symptoms are back in full force. However, I'm interested mostly in finding out what works for people which is my main focus but have yet to find a site where it is dedicated to what is beneficial?

Yes we know the dreadful symptoms of fibromyalgia which affect us physically, emotionally, etc., but with all the years I've been searching for cures or what is somewhat helpful I'm just coming up short constantly. I have no faith in the drugs with all the side effects -- but, I had to succumb to them for some temporary relief which Im hopeful is a very brief/short term treatment. I dont want to end up with liver or heart problems due to side affects as I hope to treat this fibromalygia in additional to all the other ailments I have.

Please share what does work for you, we can make a difference in the positivism shared by each of us.
