i take a lot of different vitamins, and now I would like to know if this vitamins are ok to take everyday.
every other day I take
inositol in the morning I take
oat bran vinegar/grapefruit/ceyenne pepper
lecithin mega tea/ green tea supplment
cranberry fruit concentrate and giensing
cod liver oil
glucosamine
calcium, magnesium,and zinc
acai
ginkgo biloba
and a mutivitamin
this are in the afternoon
the next day
