Ok I am taking the following vitamins and am woundering if it's to many or not enough,I have recently be experiancing muscle weekness, I have been walking 2.5 miles every other day and sometimes everyday and my muscles always feel week and tighten up when going up a grade and on the down side they are fine.Here is what I take every day.

2)D-1000 d3
3)zinc 50mg
4)Lecithin concentrate with soy 400mg
5)Fish,Flax,Borage oil omega 3,6,9,
6)Ester C 1000mg
7)CoQ-10 with fish oil
8)Blood Pressure Factors (d,b-6,calcium,magnesium,manganese,potassi
um)
9)DIM (DIINDOLYLMETHANE)
10)Nattokinase 50mg
11)Bio Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
12)Resveratrol 98%
13)Enhanced Oral Chelation
I might add I do not have high blood pressure, my blood sugar is in the 90s,I am never sick, and will be 54 in about 6 months and take zero meds.But I am just woundering why after over a year of walking do my muscle feel week and sometimes sore, just thought I would see if the suppliments I am takeing is all out of wack and causing the muscle issue or ?
