to starighten yourself out. Stand a foot away from a door frame with your feet together. lean your hip into the door frame keeping your torso straight against the door frame and hold. i do this as a temporary fix, but it will straighten you up straight away
Ever since a back injury 30 years ago, every now and then my back would go askew. The pain is not intolerable but it sure hurts. I take muscle relaxant for a few days, all the while trying to straighten myself out by leaning against a wall with arm outstretched and pushing my hip in the opposite direction reasonably hard to try and 'snap' things back into normal position. It's worked on most occasions except this last one. I'm not having success straightening out yet, but I will persevere.
