when i was 12 years old we found out that i have a hernia..
but later on, my hernia is gone..
now im 18 and its going back because of my colds whenever i try to blow my nose..
sometimes my hernia is gone but sometimes i can see it..

what should i do.? is there any advice? im afraid of surgery..

Hernias often appear to "come and go," although, in reality, they really never go away without surgery.
